My First Post: Where to Work

Welcome to my blog!
This post is the first step in my long journey to achieving FIRE. I had a page on blogger a while back, but after getting distracted by exam season I forgot about it (and the content wasn't very good either - I would smash out a post in 5 minutes).
I've recently come across a dilemma. I've been working for the same company now for 3 years (before that I had summer jobs and a few years at A&W under my belt) and I had pretty much decided that I was going to keep working there after graduation. Recently however, I was offered an interview by a company I had applied for years ago (they had kept my resume on file and a new position is opening up soon). After meeting with them their company seems awesome in all the ways my current one isn't:
1) They're great on work life balance
2) The environment is low stress
But they are lacking in a few areas that matter just as much to me (lower pay, not in the industry I want, less personal flexibility, and I won't be able to bike to work).
I'm not sure what to do as I've never had to pick between jobs before. Let me know what you think on the subject (any feedback is greatly appreciated) and I will keep the blog updated as the story progresses.
